This 650,000 sf office building, nestled in a forested area a half mile northwest of the Everett headquarters building, includes several striking features on the top floor, such as an aerospace-related dining area with a view of the Puget Sound to the west and a large cafeteria facility designed to look like a giant wing.

The project was completed through 50% design development documents and then placed on hold.
