RAI worked closely with School District staff and representatives to provide upgrades to this elementary school.

The project included the following Scope of Work: Expanding the existing student cafeteria to reduce lunch session from six times per day to three times per day; Replacing the flooring; Replacing the roofing in low-slope areas; Replacing the aged roof-top condensor units; Adding an emergency generator; Adding secure vestibule at the main-office entry; Upgrading camera surveillance systems to replace aged analog equipment and increase the number of cameras; Adding perimeter security fencing and gates.
