Garden House
historic seattle

Preservation organization Historic Seattle successfully acquired Beacon Hill’s landmarked Garden House with plans to restore its long-time community use under their ownership. Historic Seattle and RAI have partnered to restore and repair the house and grounds and we're currently working with community partners to reactivate the space for community use.

Capital improvements at the Garden House will happen in two phases. RAI’s role in this project includes scope of work definition and community engagement as part of phase one, and rehabilitation design, permitting, and construction in phase two.

Type: Historic + Community                              Client: Historic Seattle

Location: Seattle, WA                                        Project Architect: Matt Purvis
