The scope of work at John Hay Elementary School included planning, design, bidding and construction administration for the roof replacement at the existing main building. Solar hot water panels were also installed. As part of the roof replacement, fall protection and structural code deficiencies at the roof diaphragm or parapets were addressed. Material options were provided.
