The project is comprised of 35 buildings covering 16-acres. 366 housing units were renovated and 16 new units added. A new multi-purpose community room was also added. The renovation included new roofs, exterior repairs and painting, interior painting, flooring, kitchens, plumbing and lighting—compliant to the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards. Funding was provided by low-income housing tax credits.
