RAI led this work-order task consisting of the replacement of the existing built-up roof with a single-ply (PVC) roof. The project also included renovations to 6,600 square feet of office space, classrooms, breakroom, exam room, and hyperbaric chamber room. Finally, there was an atrium space infill at the 2nd floor, exit stairwells, and new elevator.
The mixed-use facility included medical offices, offices, warehouse, conference room, diving team headquarters, and hyperbaric chamber.
