Walsh-Stantec selected to assist Metro's transition to zero-emission fleet | Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce
Walsh-Stantec has been selected by King County Metro Transit as the design-build team to help the county with its first large scale project to transition to a zero-emission bus (ZEB) fleet.
Rolluda Architects is thrilled to be joing the design build team along with Lund Opsahl for structural engineering, LPD Engineering for civil engineering, and Evenergi for predictive power modeling.

Multi-generational Filipino Community Village opens | Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce
Filipino Community Village, a mixed-use community center, opened its doors in July 2021. The project consists of 95 affordable and low-income housing units for seniors and a 4,800 square foot Innovation Learning Center. The units are studio and one-bedroom. There is also a community room, business center and conference room, exercise room, a rooftop terrace and parking for 22 cars.

The City of Renton opened Phase II of Sunset Neighborhood Park on Jan. 28, 2021. The park is located at 2801 NE 10th Street, across the street from the Renton Highlands Library.

The new STEAM academic wing at Tukwila School District's Showalter Middle School is nearly complete.
