Receptionist​
Tasks:
-
Open front door for visitors and couriers with deliveries.

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Process and log visitor and employee information as necessary
-
Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate employees.
-
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-
Check office inventory and provide a list of needed supplies.
-
Assist in preparing conference rooms for meetings and Lunch & Learns.
-
Can be asked to facilitate team building/fun activities over lunch breaks for better connections amongst hybrid employees.
-
Maintain a clean reception area and decorate for holidays/festivities.
-
May be asked to support architects with office tasks like organizing project files
-
Perform data entry in Excel and Ajera (project management system).
-
Learn MasterSpecs to enter specifications and design standards in drawings with guidance from a Designer or Project Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop.
-
High school student or Qualifying Business/Office Management Degree.
-
Interest in art, architecture and engineering related pursuits is a plus.

Available to work every day at the office
