Samuel Cameron AIA
Principal Emeritus
“It is my job as an architect to interpret my clients’ ideas and aspirations and use my knowledge and creativity to turn them into a physical form that is functional, inspirational and aesthetically pleasing. My goal is to create spaces and places that will make users stop, look and listen to the architecture of the space and be inspired and motivated. If this can be accomplished. . .my job is done.”
Sam is originally from Louisiana, but attended architecture school at the University of Washington. His initial goal was to be an industrial designer, but he later discovered his passion for architecture.
Sam has extensive experience working with and managing large scale projects with multidisciplinary teams. He has an excellent record as a team leader and personnel manager, and effectively manages community relations for design projects. The timely completion of his projects is a result of his thorough and conscientious efforts and follow-through.
Sam has been a principal at Rolluda Architects since 2008 where his focus is on a variety of project types including mixed-use buildings, affordable and work-force housing, K-12 and higher education, as well working with various municipalities throughout the state.
