Rolluda Architects, Inc. (RAI), established in 2002 by Alex Rolluda, provides architecture, planning, and interior design services to both private- and public-sector clients. RAI specializes in the design of educational, cultural, community, transportation, aerospace, municipal and government, industrial, multi-family housing, and mixed-use projects.

Located in the heart of Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, RAI is comprised of over 40 dedicated staff members. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service and are always striving to exceed their expectations.

RAI is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), all certified through the WA State Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE).
